Select lots of Chardonnay are harvested in the cool of the morning then slowly whole cluster pressed to create our cuvée. Secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle by adding fresh yeast that creates amazing flavors during cellar aging. Crafting a Blanc de Blanc Sparkling Wine is a work of constant care.
