Join us on September 15th when we welcome back to Jones von Drehle, Executive Chef Tobias Boutilier from Starlight Cafe and Farm in Greenville, NC. The Boutilier family has owned the Starlight Cafe since 2000. In January 2011, after searching for a family farm for several years, the family finally found the perfect location: a one hundred year old, 22-acre farm, with barns, fenced pastures and century old trees, just minutes from the restaurant. After being in the restaurant business for 29 years their family dream was finally coming true. The farm includes raising heritage livestock breeds, beekeeping, planting berries and produce, processing pecans and experimenting with different sustainable and organic methods of growing. Their goal is to provide you with fresh, local, seasonal produce from their own farm, while also supporting other local farmers and watermen in the area. Guests call Starlight Cafe and Farm a “must-visit” and a “hidden gem, and we are so pleased to have him share his culinary expertise with you.

• Tickets are $109.00 per person. Cellar Club member price is $99.00 for the first two tickets.                                    Tickets sold in pairs only.
